How about a Green Smoothie to get your Green FIX?!

Green Smoothie Recipe


Makes 8 cups (2 – 4 servings, depending on size desired)

*Great recipe to make in advance and save remaining in the freezer or refrigerator for the rest of the week!


Blend together, adding in the spring mix a handful at a time:

  • 2 cups of Water
  • 1 heaping Tbsp Organic Unrefined/Unfiltered Coconut Oil
  • 1 lb of organic spring mix (add in a little at a time)
  • After you blend the water, coconut oil and spring mix, slowly add 6-8 bananas (Peeled and frozen)
